We do not provide financial advice, and you are solely responsible for any trading decisions and their outcomes.

5. Community Guidelines

As a member of our community, you agree to:

• Share accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Not engage in spam or self-promotion
• Not share confidential or proprietary information
• Report inappropriate content when you see it

6. Limitations

In no event shall CoreXTrader or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CoreXTrader's website, even if CoreXTrader or a CoreXTrader authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

CoreXTrader may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, CoreXTrader does not make any commitment to update the materials.

8. Codebase & Intellectual Property

By uploading source code, indicators, or automated bots to the CoreXTrader Codebase, you represent that you own the rights to the content or have the necessary permissions to share it.

• Platform License: You grant CoreXTrader a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content to other users.
• User License: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the source file (e.g., via an MIT or GPL header), other members are granted a license to download, view, and use the code for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• No Warranty on Code: CoreXTrader does not verify the safety or performance of user-contributed code. Use of any code from the gallery is strictly at your own risk.

9. User Content & Liability

You are solely responsible for the content you post in our forums or codebase. CoreXTrader cannot be held liable for any damages, financial losses, or software errors resulting from the use of community-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines or appears to be a scam.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
